"Rob Milburn from RWM Midlands managed, built and organised the conversion of the Barn here at East Haddon Parks. I first met Rob when he was renovating my Sisters Kitchen and he helped me move some furniture. I did not know at the time that I would be doing this project but as soon as I got permission I went to visit my Architect. He was discussing the possibilities of putting it out to tender and it was then that I suddenly thought of Rob. At that point I invited Rob for a site visit and we discussed various options and ideas. We never entertained using anyone else and his QS produced a very detailed cost and budget. The foundations were started in November 2017 and I can honestly say that it was a real pleasure working Rob and his incredible team. We kept a very careful eye on the Budget and I checked several of the prices. I was so confident that I was not being “ripped” off. Robs attention to detail was second to none and his management of his tradesman was incredible. There was not one day from the beginning of November until July 27th 2018 (when we moved in) that there was not a tradesman in this house. The little things that I feel set Rob apart from other builders is the little things he thinks of that end up making a huge difference, i.e a tap on every corner of the house, such a simple idea which I would have never thought of I thank him every time I use any of these taps, washing a car, watering the garden etc. We worked very closely with the electricians and plumber at the beginning and he really did think of any “future proofing” that we would need.I can recommend RWM Midlands to anyone that is doing a project and indeed would welcome anyone to come and look at his work should they so wish."
